Actel Design Support

Actel offers low-power high-performance IP (intellectual property) cores and FPGA devices, including non-volatile FPGAs based on both antifuse (program once) and flash (reprogrammable) technologies. Actel IP Cores and CompanionCore IP cores from Actel Partners complement the company's nonvolatile, secure, high reliability, and low-power FPGA devices. Designers access IP cores and implement their designs in Actel's Libero IDE (integrated design environment) using the SmartDesign IP design tool, while software development uses included IP firmware drivers in the free Eclipse-based SoftConsole software IDE from Actel, RealView tools from ARM, or EWARM (Embedded Workshop for ARM) from IAR. Actel also offers FlashPro programming tools, evaluation and development boards, and design services for development solutions.
