Designed specifically for the ultra low-end marketplace, the MC9RS08KA family of 8-bit microcontrollers is suitable for product developers transitioning from solid-state relays and switching systems to a full electronic solution. Specific applications include: High-brochure brightness LED, lighting system control, small handheld devices, Toys, AC line voltage monitoring, simple logic, analog driver and ASIC replacement
The RS08KA Family adds more Flash and RAM and supports low voltage programming, system protection, and analog control. The RS08KA family keeps the overall board design small—packages as small as the 3 mm x 3 mm 6-pin DFN. Tools, code, and technical support includes analog control for increased system capabilities.
